RJ Ganesh is working for Dinesh FM since its establishment. RJ Ganesh previously conducted 7 programs of Dinesh FM but due to his personal reasons, he reduced the numbers to 2. He is one of the most popular local RJs. In addition to speaking in radio, Ganesh is also a renowned folk singer of Farwest. He has already released 5 folk song albums. He is also a good player of volleyball. He has participated the national game of volleyball representing Kailali district.

He is currently running two regional programs, specifically Achhami programs: Lokbhet and Bhirpakha.

Due to his deep interest towards literature from his early age, he was fascinated towards radio. The establishment of Dinesh FM was his milestone to fulfill his dreams to speak in FM. He is comitted to uplift the value of arts, culture and tradition of farwestbasically runs the programs related to the arts and culture of Farwestern Development Region.
